Tempo Powerstrap R5 is a versatile road cycling shoe with an innovative velcro closure designed for a snug fit. While most Velcro closures simply join two sides of the upper of the shoe, in this configuration a ribbon wraps around the foot, allowing maximum comfort and containment using only two straps. In this way, the system replicates the principle of Fizik volume control: the instep and metatarsus are separately adjustable areas that provide a completely customized fit and compression. The R5 nylon sole is flexible and comfortable even at long range, but without compromising pedaling efficiency.
